IDAM, an online retail company has announced the appointment of Timsy Kohli as its group CHRO. IDAM deals in multiple line of products such as skincare, cosmetics, pet care, daily consumables and many more.
It has announced the appointment of Kohli in line with the company’s future growth perspective. In this role, Kohli will be leading the company’s culture, performance, people and HR digitisation agendas at an organisational level.
Additionally, Kohli will play a key role in strengthening the company’s employer brand and creating a high performance culture.
Kohli comes with close to two decades of experience in the HR domain working across sectors. Prior to this appointment, Kohli was the associate vice president-HR at The moms Co., an online retail company selling baby and mother care products. The moms Co was recently acquired by the Good Glamm group (Formerly Myglamm). Kohli spent close to two years with The moms CO.
Kohli has worked with companies such as R1RCM, Encore Capital Group, Pioneer Urban Land & Infrastructure and The American Swan Lifestyle Company honing her HR skills in areas such as talent management, payroll, employee engagement, internal communication, performance management and rewards.
In her two decade career, Kohli has managed to work in industries such as real estate, fashion retail, professional services and e-commerce.
She completed her graduation in industrial relations and personnel management from University of Delhi and also carries a post graduate certificate in HRM (Human Resource Management) from XLRI.
