    Mayank Kapoor appointed global head of people success, M2P Fintech

    M2P Fintech, an API infrastructure company, has announced the appointment of Mayank Kapoor as its new global head of people success, overseeing the human resources function. In this pivotal role, Kapoor will spearhead the formulation of robust HR strategies, cultivate a culture steeped in growth and ingenuity, and champion the wellbeing and triumph of the vast M2Peers community spanning over 20 international markets.

    Given his illustrious career and over two decades of experience, Kapoor brings to the table expertise in organisational development. Renowned for designing and executing strategic people-centric initiatives, Kapoor is ideally positioned to lead M2P Fintech’s endeavours in attracting top-tier talent, enriching employee engagement, and nurturing an atmosphere of collaboration.

    “With a strong base and a dynamic worldwide team at my disposal, I’m excited to lead a transformative journey of talent at M2, “said Kapoor .

    His “primary objective will involve devising people-centric strategies that foster a blend of skills ready to yield lasting growth. As a united force, we’re ready to shape the future of fintech by empowering our staff and making influential changes across all the international markets we cater to,” Kapoor expressed.

    Kapoor’s most recent chapter unfurled at FreeCharge, where he held the mantle of Head of Human Resources and Administration for an impressive tenure of 6 years and 8 months. During this time, he impeccably helmed the entire spectrum of talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, change management, organisational design, and the conception of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

    Embarking on his journey as a lobby manager at The Park Hotel, New Delhi in the year 2000, Kapoor subsequently ventured into roles like manager training at IBM Daksh Business Process Services, senior manager of learning and development at (24).7 ai, and head of training administration at NIIT. His contributions spanned a notable 5 years and 9 months at Aircel, where he held the position of head of learning and development, before he embraced the role of director – HR at Snapdeal.

    Prabhu Rangarajan, Co-Founder of M2P Fintech, expressed unbridled excitement about Kapoor’s induction into the M2P Fintech family.
