During this time, he impeccably helmed the entire spectrum of talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, change management, organisational design, and the conception of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Embarking on his journey as a lobby manager at The Park Hotel, New Delhi in the year 2000, Kapoor subsequently ventured into roles like manager training at IBM Daksh Business Process Services, senior manager of learning and development at (24).7 ai, and head of training administration at NIIT. His contributions spanned a notable 5 years and 9 months at Aircel, where he held the position of head of learning and development, before he embraced the role of director – HR at Snapdeal.
