TestVagrant Technologies has roped in Poornima Srinivasan to head human resources, people and culture. In her new role, Poornima will oversee best practices in human resources management, operations, organisational development, talent management and talent acquisition. She will also act as a culture transformational and strategic leader, and focus on the Company’s culture and employee engagement.

Backed by over 16 years of experience in HR across sectors, Poornima shares her excitement with HRKatha, revealing how eager she is to “build a sustainable culture and create an employee-friendly culture code across TestVagrant geographies”

Poornima’s priority at TestVagrant will be to leverage and build on the success the Company has experienced to date, understanding what must be accomplished from a business strategy point of view and then ensuring that the organisational structure and people resources achieve the same in a diverse and inclusive manner. She adds that, as a team, the aim is to build the world’s finest software testing consulting company.

A leader in providing software testing consulting, TestVagrant continues to grow its workforce throughout India and globally. Presently, TestVagrant has an employee strength of 110, and geographical presence in India and Singapore.

She moves from Bonito Designs, the Indian interior design firm, where she served as senior manager – HR business partner / HR operations, for almost two years.

Known for her client relationships and idea generation capabilities, Poornima began her career with Spice BPO as senior executive – HRBP in 2006. Four years later, she moved to Serco as assistant manager – employee relations/ HRBP, for a year and eight months.

In August 2012, she joined [24]7.ai as assistant manager – HR. This stint lasted two and a half years. Her next stop was Artech Information Systems, where she served as deputy manager – human resources, for a year and three months.

From 2016 to 2020, she was associated with Jana Urban Space Foundation, first as manager – human resources for just over two years and then as head of HR for over two years.

She brings exceptional experience across all facets of human resources, employee engagement as well as talent management and development strategies.

Poornima holds an MBA in business HR from West Coast University (California) and an MBA in human resources management and services from the University of Madras.

Looking forward to having Poornima as part of the team, Nishant Verma, CEO and co-founder, TestVagrant is confident that her “impressive leadership acumen, combined with her expertise in transforming culture and employee performance, will play an essential role as we continue to scale our entrepreneurial culture-driven company in high growth mode.
