Money Smart has hired SBI’s Tina Sharma as its head of people. In this new role, Sharma will lead the global HR strategy of the Company, in line with its business strategy.
Sharma, who holds an MBA from University of Mumbai, has spent a significant part of her career, 11 years, with State Bank of India (SBI). In the initial years of her career, she worked with companies such as IBM, National Kidney Foundation and The Asian Banker.

“It is great to work for an organisation that has a resounding commitment to empowering people to make smarter financial decisions,” Sharma states in her post.
She is eagerly “looking forward to working with dynamic leaders and extremely talented and purpose driven colleagues, to strengthen the human capital and continue to build Money Smart’s culture of innovation, creativity and diversity and inclusion,” writes Sharma in the post.
