Schindler India has elevated Vaibhav Raghuvanshi to the post of head of talent and development. Raghuvanshi had been serving as state head – field operations in West Bengal and Sikkim before that. He had joined Schindler India as chief of staff in 2021, based out of Mumbai. The promotion will see him back in Mumbai heading the the HR centres of excellent of talent management, capability building, organisation development , as well as inclusion & diversity for Schindler India.
A postgraduate n labour laws and welfare, from Pune University, Raghuvanshi holds a PGDM in human resource management.
He served as senior executive HR strategies at the Future Group for two years, before joining Deloitte in 2013. As assistant manager – talent management and organisation development, he dealt with strategic projects, policies, programmes and initiatives implemented at the national level.
Two years later, Raghuvanshi moved to the Mahindra Group. From 2015 to 2017 he was HR business partner handling HR business partnering for the common functions of the Group pan India. For the next two years and eight months, he served as lead HR business partner, based out of Mumbai. By 2020, he was again elevated to the role of HR head – Mahindra Genset Business and Industrial Engineers.
Known to be proactive, with a natural agility when it comes to his project management style, his optimism and positive attitude are his key strengths.
Always eager to learn, Raghuvanshi is keen to bring forward interventions with a mix of traditional and contemporary approaches. HRKatha wishes him all the best in his new role.
