    Randstad Sourceright expands RPO operations

    The talent and management services provider will leverage its strategic technology investments and deep industry knowledge to expand its investments in transformative hiring solutions for India Inc.

    Randstad Sourceright, a talent solutions provider, will expand its operations in India through investments, leadership appointments and introduction of its class- leading cloud-based technology platform, Talent Velocity.

    In another move, the Company has named Harish Pillai as India country head of Randstad Sourceright. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, Pillai will lead the team to help customers redefine their talent models through the integration of all talent types, enabled by cutting-edge technology.

    Randstad Sourceright has also set up an Asia Pacific employer branding and talent attraction team in Hyderabad to support the development of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies for customers across the region.

    “Businesses in India are becoming increasingly sophisticated in their approach to talent acquisition and management. Of the companies surveyed in India, 84 per cent said the goal of their talent strategy is to have a measurable impact on business performance, while 90 per cent plan to improve their candidate experience in the next 12 months,” said Anthea Collier, managing director, APAC of Randstad Sourceright. “To meet evolving market demands, Randstad Sourceright is rapidly growing its team and expanding its talent solutions. I am excited to welcome Harish to our team, who will help accelerate the reach and breadth of our services in India and drive total talent models for our customers.”

    The cloud-based platform will provide companies with global access to the Randstad Group’s advanced HR and talent analytics technologies. Talent Velocity builds on Randstad Sourceright’s proprietary TalentRadar analytics platform, which translates raw data, market trends and industry insights into predictive talent acquisition and retention strategies, that help organisations solve difficult recruiting and business challenges.

    “Ninety per cent of the talent leaders we surveyed in India said that employers’ expectations of talent continually grows, while 86 per cent agreed that technology is helping them make better hiring decisions,” said Pillai. “With fierce competition for talent in India, Talent Velocity will help our clients enhance hiring quality and efficiency, as it allows companies to better manage their talent acquisition processes, improve candidate experience, collect business intelligence and drive overall growth.”
