In an attempt to meet its goal of becoming a 1000-member organisation by the end of 2021, Vuram, the hyperautomation services company, is all set to hire more people in sales, marketing, server support, software development, quality engineering, emerging technologies, and operations in India. t has taken on 100 professionals in just 10 days. With this fresh hiring, its workforce strength has gone up to more than 700, globally.
Vuram adopts a ‘people over policies’ approach, under which it has introduced several initiatives from helping employees procure work-from-home essentials to offering salary advances to deal with emergencies.
