In an attempt to meet its goal of becoming a 1000-member organisation by the end of 2021, Vuram, the hyperautomation services company, is all set to hire more people in sales, marketing, server support, software development, quality engineering, emerging technologies, and operations in India. t has taken on 100 professionals in just 10 days. With this fresh hiring, its workforce strength has gone up to more than 700, globally.
Vuram adopts a ‘people over policies’ approach, under which it has introduced several initiatives from helping employees procure work-from-home essentials to offering salary advances to deal with emergencies.
Suresh Kumar C, director, People Team, said, “Vuram was founded with the dream of creating the happiest and most nourishing workplace. This guides us in every decision we make. We want everyone to start their day with a smile and end the day the same way.”
Vuram gives importance to hiring through referrals. The organisation believes that ‘Vuramites’, who understand the pulse of Vuram’s unique people-centric culture, are the ideal people to identify someone who would be professionally and culturally fit for Vuram. The People Team also focuses on conducting regular placement drives in colleges across India.
Suresh Kumar C added, “Onboarding 100 Vuramites in 10 days highlights the growth potential of the sector and Vuram as an organisation. Adopting a 100 per cent digital mode of recruiting and onboarding has made the experience seamless for to-be Vuramites across the country.”
Since March 2020, hiring for all posts and ranks has been virtual. The hiring managers of the low-code enterprise automation company have been meeting the candidates from across the country over video interviews.
