Mr Lochan, in his inimitable style, outlines a step by step scientific approach towards employee engagement. I have had the good fortune of being part of his team at Ambuja Cement and I have seen him walk the talk. Best part of the employee engagement initiatives outlined by him is that they are not fancy HR stuff. Rather they are practical and workable. A must watch interview for all HR professionals.
