The app is part of Talent Sprint’s BankersChoice product line offering virtual and self-service learning options.
Joining a nationalised bank is an aspiring career for the youth in small town India. To facilitate this dream, Talent Sprint has launched an app that promises social learning on-the-go. Besides, the app also has the option of Hindi as a language, which most youngsters from small-town Hindi-speaking markets are comfortable with.
This new app belongs to Talent Sprint’s BankersChoice product line that offers virtual, self-service learning options. Besides, over 200 video lessons have been added with Hindi explanations on the BankersChoice learning portal. The live interactive sessions in Hindi have already begun.
Santanu Paul, MD & CEO of TalentSprint says, “The objective is to provide access to a world-class virtual platform that offers non-metro learners the same advantages as their metro counterparts”.
The BankersChoice mobile app offers features, such as flash quizzes to help improve speed and accuracy, expert tutorial videos, challenge and response options, and leader boards. The app, which is available for free download on Google Play, is a daily workout to hone skills and enable continuous learning. Also, it comes at the right time, with public sector banks expected to recruit over five lakh fresh graduates over the next five years!
