Talview Candidate App enables candidates to spruce up their abilities for interviews through video interviews and solving aptitude tests for practice.

Technology-based hiring assessment company, Talview has recently launched its candidate-friendly mobile application, ‘Talview Candidate App’ to provide jobseekers an edge. On this platform, candidates can now spruce up their interview skills by gaining first-hand experience through actual video interviews and aptitude tests.

Headquartered in Bangalore, Talview, previously known as Interview Master, was founded by four members from IIT Bombay, Sanjoe Jose, Tom Jose, Mani Subramanian and Jobin Jose.

Armed with robust top management consulting background, these individuals developed a platform for companies to hold asynchronous video interviews to screen candidates by using pre-defined questions.

Sanjoe Hose, CEO of Talview strongly believes that the future of interviewing is through smartphones, “We launched the innovative application to give our patrons the convenience and ease of attending interviews through their smart phones. 60 per cent of our youth sleep with their phones and 48 per cent of the Smartphone users are less than 25 years of age!”

Jobseekers can download the app and use the code given to them in order to complete their assessments. After instructions from prospective employers, they can even attend online video interviews through Talview. The availability of demo video interviews enables them to hone their skills and get ready for the D-day.

In the age of digitisation, Talview gives aspirants the power to look for jobs on the move. The platform broadens the scope of recruitment by connecting recruiters and job aspirants in the most unique way. Candidates from Tier III cities, who do not have the same opportunities as others can now find the best employers by using this technology.

As of now, the app is available only on Android App store with the plans of expansion already in view. It will be launched on iOS and Windows phones soon.

It claims to have helped its clients lessen the time and cost involved in recruitment by more than 50 per cent. They reduce the time spent by the panel in review and ensures faster turnaround time. Through the launch of this mobile app, Hose envisages making the process of hiring a cakewalk for recruiters as well as employees.
