    Shivani Singh appointed head-HR, Premas Biotech

    Premas Biotech has appointed Shivani Singh as the head of human resources. In her new role, Singh is entrusted with the responsibility of leading and shaping the future trajectory of the HR function within the organisation. Collaborating closely with the senior management team, she will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s human capital.

    With an impressive career spanning over 20 years, Singh brings a wealth of experience in both HR and sales leadership roles. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including talent management strategy, stakeholder management, performance management, employee experience, employer branding, HR strategy formulation, employee rewards programs, and retention strategies, among others.

    Singh’s professional journey began as a legal assistant, gaining early exposure to the legal field. She then transitioned to HeroITES-Gurgaon, where she excelled in client services, demonstrating her commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Subsequently, she joined the Royal Bank of Scotland Business as a Client Relationship Manager, honing her skills in building and nurturing client relationships.

    Building upon her achievements, Singh then embarked on a successful tenure at HDFC Bank, where she served as the relationship banking head – assistant VP for six years.  

    In 2017, Singh shifted her focus towards the field of HR, assuming the role of practice partner in HR consulting at BlewMinds. Her expertise and contributions were further recognised when she joined KPMG as an empaneled coach and assessor in their advisory division in 2018.

    With an unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth, Singh expanded her horizons by serving as an HR, talent management, and OD consultant at LeadAnew for four years. 

    Prior to joining Premas Biotech, Singh held the position of head – talent management at Hero Housing Finance, where she played a vital role in developing and executing talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop high-performing individuals within the organisation.
