With a wealth of experience exceeding 17 years, Bhatia specialises in talent and leadership development, rewards, and change management. She previously contributed her expertise to organisations such as Citibank, Atos Origin and Trica.

Her longest stint was with Citibank, where she spent a good 14 years of her professional journey. She joined Citibank in the year 2008 as compensation specialist, APAC.

Bhatia is “thrilled to join HDFC Securities at this pivotal moment when we are actively expanding our digital presence and assisting customers in wealth creation.”

Dhiraj Relli, MD & CEO, HDFC Securities, emphasised Bhatia’s strategic role in the growth and digital evolution of the company. He highlighted her responsibility in developing future-ready HR capabilities, shaping the organisational culture and contributing to the vision roadmap. According Relli, “Given her extensive leadership experience in both large multinational financial organisations and startups, Bhatia is seen as possessing the ideal skill set for the challenges ahead.”

Bhatia holds an MBA in human resources from the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon.
