IIM Udaipur holds its third annual human resources conclave

The completely student-driven event, Spandan, saw the participation of HR experts from several MNCs.

‘Connect’ was the theme chosen by the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur for its third annual HR conclave, Spandan, held on June 20, 2015. With an impressive list of panelists, which comprised HR heads from several multinational corporate houses, the Institute saw a rich discussion on the ever changing roles of human resources in India.

Research, analytics and immersion— in the three forms of rural, corporate and global immersion—- were discussed in detail along with the topics of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.

Being a complete student-driven initiative, the event aims to bridge the gap between the academic and corporate fields, by bringing them together on a common platform, where exchange of knowledge and insights is facilitated.
