In an effort to make Twitter more financially sustainable, Musk has laid off around 50 percent of the company’s workforce, leaving it with just 1,500 employees. He has also implemented other cost-cutting measures, such as cutting employee benefits like free lunches and closing some Twitter offices, including those in India.
The decision to reduce parental leave has caused controversy, with many questioning whether Musk’s actions are fair to Twitter’s employees.
