Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions (RBEI), is looking to expand its India workforce by 2,500 in 2021. The biggest offshore development centre for Bosch in the world, it presently has a workforce strength of more than 20,000 in India.

It will soon be hiring 1,000 freshers and 1,500 experienced people in the fields of mobility, embedded IT, digital and new-age technologies. The Company’s business grew unexpectedly at a time when most businesses were struggling to stay afloat.

The plan is to pick fresh graduates from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) across India. These new hires will be working on projects based in Coimbatore and Bengaluru.

The Company, based in Bengaluru, is a 100 per cent owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, which supplies technology and services, as well as end-to-end engineering, IT and business solutions. Other than Bengaluru and Coimbatore, its R&D centres are located in Vietnam, Mexico and Poland.

The India centre is known for its expertise in sensors, software and services.

The flexible and dynamic talent available at RBEI helps businesses around the globe successfully undergo digitilisation, and improve their products and processes.
