    3i Infotech to hire 1,000 for India and overseas offices

    Here is an opportunity for mobile app developers, team leads, business analysts and other experienced professionals, from 3i Infotech . The Mumbai-based global information technology company is gearing to expand its team by over 1,000, with at least a 100 being onboarded this quarter itself.

    3i Infotech is looking for technical-functional professionals for its offices in India and abroad. The hiring spree is aimed at lending seamless support to its clients across the world. With over 4200 employees in 30 offices across 15 countries and over 1000+ clients in more than 50 countries across 4 continents, 3i Infotech has a very strong foothold and client base in geographies like North America, India, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and South Asia.

    With deep domain expertise across BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and government sectors, 3i is looking for professionals for its application, automation and analytics (AAA) business units. It is currently looking to take on senior developers in dot net and angular, technical project managers, tech leads, senior java developers, team leads, technical project managers, business analysts, mobile app developers and quality analysts. It will also recruit professionals in deep-tech positions for its cloud-first business unit including – Oracle cloud infrastructure certified engineers, edge-ready cloud services, digital IMS of micro data centres. 3i Infotech will also hire experts in risk and compliance, GDPR, supply chain, telecom, and so on.

    With offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Noida, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, the Company aims to focus on the Indian market this year. As part of this strategy, it will build hire technologists with strong domain functional and industry expertise to drive business transformation for its clients. The digital roadmap will be centred on combining the offerings with emerging technologies like – AI, Blockchain, Intelligent automation and no code to help clients add agility and innovation in their digital transformation initiatives.

    According to Thompson P. Gnanam, managing director & Global CEO, 3i Infotech, “As part of our new growth phase, the company will change the entire model of working to perimeter-less global offices with no physical and geographical boundaries.” The Company is preparing for “seamless human and humanoids’ co-existence and collaborative working”. Its new telecom media, entertainment business units will focus on SD-WAN as services, SASE, edge computing, industrial IOT capabilities. In the near future the Company “will be ramping up AI/ML engineers and data scientists for our 5G-powered cognitive services.”
