- Ensure and execute recruitment as per the requirements given.
- Monitor, update & maintain recruitment tracker & status.
- To coordinate with hiring managers, functional heads for understanding role requirements and scheduling of interviews.
Key Result Areas:-
- Timely completion of recruitment process, withing specific times lines as per
TAT.
Key Responsibilities:-
- To ensure recruitment process is completed within the turnaround time.
- Recruitment including but not limited to posting positions on job portals, searching resumes on job portals, LinkedIn & success factors providing detailed description of the roles.
- Understanding the hiring requirements from hiring managers.
- Source and screen candidates by providing detailed job description and explaining the roles.
- Creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Compensation negotiations with candidates and issuance of offer letters.
- Generating need-based recruitment reports.
Education and Experience:-
- Graduate with around 6 to 8 years of hands on experience in handling engineering recruitments. MBA/Post graduation in HR is preferred. Background, Skills, and Competencies
- Having worked in Recruitment Consultancy firms or Multinational Companies with expertise in engineering recruitments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates.
- Time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Perseverant, result-oriented and can work under pressure.
