Encouraged by the positive response to the virtual recruitment drive held in 2019, HCL Technologies is organising a Virtual Mega Recruitment Drive at its campus in MIHAN, Nagpur, on August 29 and 30, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. More than 800 job opportunities will be available for the taking for experienced professionals.
In keeping with the Company’s ‘ComeBackHome’ philosophy, the initiative calls out to locals working outside Nagpur to return to their city and follow a career with the global technology company.
Sanjay Gupta, corporate vice president, HCL Technologies, points out that the choice of virtual platform this time was also aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of the candidates during the ongoing pandemic.
Candidates can conveniently apply from their homes for suitable positions in IT infrastructure services, application services, engineering and research services, as well as digitial process outsourcing.
Those with three to 15 years of experience may apply. Forms may be submitted at https://bit.ly/2XQQLHl. Interested candidates, who are unable to participate can send their profile to recruit.nagpur@hcl.com
The applications will undergo a profile screening, following which the eligible candidates will be given further details pertaining to the virtual drive to be held on August 29 and 30.
The session will have an expert explaining the skill requirements for the profiles and offering an overview of the selection process.
After this session, the eligible candidates will be required to participate in virtual interviews, which will comprise a mix of technical as well as HR rounds.
Only candidates who pass both the rounds will receive the offer letter. The selected candidates will be asked to submit certain documents for further processing of their appointment.
HCL Technologies is also considering organising a separate virtual recruitment drive for freshers under its First Careers Programme sometime later.
