MOURI Tech, the global IT solutions company, is all set to create 10,000 jobs in India by 2024. At least 2,000 people will be hired in the financial year 2021-22 itself. Its India team is already 3,500-strong and now it is looking at increasing the headcount by 20 per cent.
The demand for the Company’s AI solutions (offered under the AuraSuite.ai brand) has grown due to the pandemic. To fulfil the growing needs of its customers, the Company requires a future-ready team, which it will now focus on developing.
Anil Yerramreddy, global CEO, MOURI Tech, points out that “the smaller Indian cities are IT talent hubs yet to be explored fully, so we choose to expand by adding thousands of new jobs in these cities”. Not surprisingly, MOURI Tech is keen to expand into tier-2 cities as well.
The Company is looking at hiring middle-level to senior-level IT professionals along with freshers from campuses via placement drives, job fairs and also the social media.
Given the tremendous growth the Company is witnessing, with more and more organisations opting for digital transformation across the world, it is seeking talent in the areas of data sciences, including cyber security, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (MI), cloud solutions, automation and infrastructure.
