The mandate involves identifying and onboarding the right leadership talent in the Indian market.
Japanese multinational company, SoftBank, has given a formal mandate to Hunt Partners, for senior executive talent search for its India operations.
The details of the process are yet to be finalised between the two parties.
The talent search firm had received a similar mandate from companies, such as Temasek and Tiger Global, recently.
Sumit Mehra, managing partner, Hunt Partners, says, “The SoftBank mandate involves identifying and onboarding the right leadership talent in the Indian market for one of the world’s most high-profile holding firms.”
“The challenge is further accentuated by the huge rush in demand for leadership talent arising out of numerous startups scaling rapidly and thus requiring more seasoned hands to steady their ships and take them to the next level. We look forward to delivering the mandate successfully to the delight of the Softbank India team.”
Hunt Partners, which has been around since 2003, has a strategic alliance with Eric Salmon and Partners, Fischer Group International Inc. and Board Evaluation, among others.
