The business and people of Rite Choice will now be integrated into Successwrks, while the latter uses the synergies of the two organisations to expand business.

Successwrks HR Solutions has just integrated with the 23-year old executive search, selection and staffing firm, Rite Choice. In an equity-based deal that would be effective April 1, the companies together aim to offer holistic HR solutions.

As a part of this integration, the business and people of Rite Choice will get integrated into Successwrks, while it will use the synergies of the two organisations to expand business and become a significant player in the HR solutions market.

So far, Successwrks has been offering solutions for transformational and transactional HR challenges ranging from leadership transformation, talent management, employee engagement, learning & development, organisational development and also support in the areas of executive search & selection, HR operations and flexi staffing.

It has partnered with more than 300 renowned MNCs and Indian companies across multiple locations in India and overseas, while Rite Choice has been operating in the areas of executive search/selection and staffing for over two decades, with its client base spread across India and the Middle East.

With over two decades of experience in the manpower selection and staffing business under the leadership of Virendra Rastogi, MD, Right Choice, the Company has established itself as a reputed player in the HR services space.

Rastogi will join the board and will lead the business for the merged entity. Under his able expertise the integration will help Successwrks expand its search and staffing business lines. It will also give Successwrks access to clients in the Middle-East market.

Being only six years old, Successwrks has already become an established HR brand. It plans to grow further through both organic and inorganic routes in the future.

Anjani B Kuumar, CEO, Successwrks, says, “Right Choice has done some amazing work over the last two decades in the area of executive search/selection and staffing. Integration of their business & people with Successwrks will not only make us a significant player in the HR solutions market but will also give us an experienced leader in Virendra Rastogi to lead these businesses for the combined entity.

Rastogi says, “Successwrks has built an amazing story under the leadership of Kuumar in such a short period. Now with two forces joining hands, we are poised to take this story to the next level in the years to come. I look forward to working with the Successwrks team as their joint leader and help them chart out a new path to success.
