TresVista, the global firm offering a range of services to a wide array of clients including asset managers, advisors, corporates, and entrepreneurs, has resumed work-from-office for its 1,100-strong workforce across Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru offices.
With 100 per cent capacity and three days of work-from-office, TresVista will follow the flexible hybrid work model to begin with, so that operations remain seamless.
To ensure the safety of its employees, the Company has made vaccination mandatory. There will be daily contactless thermometer temperature checks and sanitisation. Additionally, there will be a three-level fumigation every week. Disinfectant-based diffusers have been installed and the washrooms have sensor-based faucets. The firm has now embraced RFID access cards so that the work environment remains touch-free.
Sudeep Mishra, managing director, TresVista, reveals that the hybrid model has been implemented “keeping in mind various criteria such as vaccination status, employees’ place of residence, Covid status in the office location, and basic health parameters so that the office remains safe, and employees feel confident in returning to work”.
An Emergency Response Team has been constituted with ERT members stationed at all offices. These ERT members will be responsible to ensure “prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery for employees against Covid-19”.
TresVista — which offers a diversified portfolio of services including investment diligence, industry research, business development, fund administration, accounting, and data analytics — has offices in New York, London, and Singapore as well. It offers high-caliber support and operating leverage to over 1,000 clients across geographies and asset classes.
