    Maruti Suzuki gets Mandvi Shringi as head of TA

    Maruti Suzuki India has roped in Mandvi Shringi to lead their Talent Acquisition team. She will be responsible to spearhead the overall recruitment strategy for the company.

    Shringi comes with more than 17 years of experience in the field of HR, which includes working in various sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, and corporate.

    Throughout her career, Shringi has been involved in a range of HR functions, including strategic workforce planning, building organisational capabilities, fostering positive industrial relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimising labour costs, developing and implementing processes and policies, and driving grassroots improvements that have an impact on organisational growth and transformation.

    Prior to joining Maruti Suzuki, Shringi worked as the head of human resources (India) at KARL STORZ. Preceding that, she held the position of head of HR & admin (DGM) at JSL Lifestyle. She also has experience working at Luxottica Group, Asahi India Glass (AIS), and PeopleStrong HR Services.
