The India team will further add talent in product management, strategy, engineering and HR.

The Company that provides solutions for MSMEs post-go-digital, has onboarded Alexander Peter to lead the people strategy as part of the founder’s office.

With a career spanning over 14 years across various verticals, Peter has gained extensive experience in the HR domain, in the investment banking, gaming and VC space. In this new role, he will work closely with the founders to help scale and build high-performance teams across Asia & Europe.

Peter, who believes that the “talent war is real” and that retention of talent is even more important now, reveals that “At BukuKas-Tokko, we intend to build and nurture a world class team.
