Joining as a human resources director in the organisation, she moved up the ranks to become VP-HR at SCM.
Thereafter, she served as the CHRO at Ontario Telemedicine Network for a year. From there, she moved to Achievers, joining as the chief people and culture officer in 2019. At Achievers, she served her last assignment before taking the chair at CentriLogic.
