    Cimpress India gets Tripti Diwakar Verma as head-HR

    Cimpress India, a business services company, has appointed Tripti Diwakar Verma as its head, HR. With over 18 years of experience in HR, Verma has worked across different regions including North America and Europe.

    She has successfully led global change management projects in complex and diverse models.

    Verma holds a bachelor of engineering degree from Jabalpur Engineering College, an MBA in human resource management from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, and a post-graduate diploma in business management from IIMM Pune.

    Verma is highly skilled in building relationships, assessing needs, generating options, and implementing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. She is well-versed in identifying, managing, and navigating organisational change phases.

    She spent approximately 10 years as a senior manager HR at Capgemini Invent, where she served as the strategic BU HR partner for the North America region, overseeing 11,000 employees. During her tenure, she led the performance management function and established market-leading practices.

    Verma also has extensive experience in various HR generalist functions.

    Before joining Cimpress, Verma worked as the director HR BP at Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) Global Business Services, where she served for more than 6 years.

    With her wealth of experience and expertise, she will now lead the HR department at Cimpress India, contributing to the company’s growth and organisational development.
