Anantha Krishnan A, former associate director of Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), has been appointed the chief talent solutions officer at FlexC.
Backed by more than two decades of experience, Krishnan is a result oriented go getter, who has essayed managerial roles across the areas of process management, global programme and customer management, vendor management and people supply chain management.
At L&T Infotech (LTI), where Krishnan spent almost 20 years, which is a good part of his career, he led the people supply chain (PSC) across units. During his long and successful stint at LTI, he also shouldered the responsibility of being the revenue partner for the consumer, media & entertainment and technology division.
In his new role at FlexC, the AI-powered talent marketplace, Krishnan — who is a postgraduate in computer software engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University — will be responsible for talent solutions and resource mobilisation.
An industrious entrepreneur with a focus on process and people, Krishnan is known to lead from the front. Leading cross-cultural teams is his forte.
FlexC is an AI-enabled platform with integrated data science and machine learning engine for data-driven insights that help companies find a perfect match every time they hire. The Company is co-founded by Girish Kukreja, who is the CEO and has worked with Infosys and L&T Infotech in the past.
Anantha’s expertise in PSC and talent solutions experience, coupled with his knowledge of product engineering will stand FlexC in good stead.
