    IndiaFirst Life Insurance elevates Sunder Natrajan to CHRO

    IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company (IndiaFirst Life), has appointed Sunder Natrajan as its chief human resources officer (CHRO). In the new role, Natrajan will manage the entire gamut of human resources functions including talent management, performance management, organisation development, training, infrastructure and procurement.

    He was associated with the company as its chief risk officer (CRO) till now, and will be replaced by Amrish Maheshwari as the new CRO.

    Natarajan joined the company in the year 2015 as its vice president-head-distribution strategy.

    Natrajan has worked with several other organisations such as Aviva India and Royal Sundaram General Insurance. Additionally, he has worked across many functions such as human capital, administration, L&D, procurement, risk, compliance, fraud control, internal audit, strategy, sales, customer service, operations, BCM, business planning, sales training & communication.

    His longest stint was with Aviva India, starting in the year 2006 to 2015. In the year 2006,he joined as a regional manager and was then promoted to the role of AVP in the year 2009. Under his leadership, he re-engineered the Bancassurance architecture, aiming to enhance the overall distribution and sales strategy. In 2011, he was promoted to vice president-customer retention and services.

    Commenting on the leadership announcements, Vishakha RM, MD & CEO, IndiaFirst Life, expressed his happiness on the strategic leadership appointments. “Their proven expertise and dedication align seamlessly with our vision,” he added.

    Expressing excitement on this assignment, Natarajan said, “With a sharp focus on our #PeopleFirst philosophy, we constantly endeavour to C.A.R.E. for our employees while creating a great place to work for each of them. “

      I have lodged a serious complaint against an employee last year …but till now no action taken by Mr natrajan…I am surprised..!!
      HRO kolkata…kaikhali branch took side by that accused.
