Innoviti has appointed Navneeth Sulakhe as SVP-HR. Sulakhe is mandated with making HR a strategic foundation of the collaborative commerce platform. He will also be responsible for building a strong team that will work towards enhanced innovation.

Sulakhe joins Innoviti from Chai Point, where he was the head – HR. Backed by more than two decades of experience in HR, Sulakhe has worked for big conglomerates such as Tata, Reliance, Landmark Group and Arvind.

“We drive the highest levels of customer satisfaction in our industry as evident from our net negative churn and best throughput metrics in the industry. This would not be possible without a super-excited team that loves to do what they do and does it exceedingly well too! We are excited to have Navneeth join us to further strengthen our culture of excellence,” says Rajeev Agrawal, founder and CEO, Innoviti.

In the initial phase of his career, Sulakhe honed his skills in HR and administration, working with companies such as Health Asyst, a healthcare IT services firm; Arvind; Tata Teleservices; Reliance Retail and ACT (Atria Convergence Technologies).

It was in 2013 that Sulakhe joined the Landmark Group and went on to become the head of talent acquisition. He worked with the Group for more than six years.

Sulakhe carries a mixed experience of working in the retail, telecommunications and technology sectors in India.

“I look forward to further enhancing the high performance, people-driven culture at Innoviti to ensure we achieve greater milestones,” shares Sulakhe.
