SV Nathan, partner & chief talent officer, Deloitte, and PV Ramana Murthy, EVP & global head of HR, Taj Hotels, have been appointed as senior faculty members from India, at The Josh Bersin Academy.
Both the HR leaders have over 30 years of experience .
Josh Bersin, who has majorly worked in marketing and sales established the Josh Bersin Academy in May 2019. The aim of this academy is to upskill HR professionals to keep pace with the changing pace of work and workplace. It focusses on putting together a series of development programmes, tools and practices for continuously upskilling the skills and knowledge of HR teams.
The academy claims to offer about 150 development programmes and plans to add 10-15 flagship programmes every year.
Bersin is also the founder of Bersin and Associates which was taken over by Deloitte in December 2012.
SV Nathan has a wide range of experience having worked in the HR space, in various sectors including telecom, IT, manufacturing and hospitality. Nathan is also a mentor and propagator of ethical leadership and a recipient of the “Distinguished Alumnus Award” from XLRI.
Murthy, on the other hand, comes with immense experience in manufacturing, FMCG and the hospitality sector. Prior to his current role, Murthy was the executive director-HR at Coca Cola.
Many globally renowned HR leaders are part of the faculty at The Josh Bersin Academy. The addition of Nathan and Murthy will only add more value to its expert team.
