    Niharika Mohan is now VP – HR, Schneider Electric

    After serving as chief human resources officer, Luminous Power Technologies (Schneider Electric) for over three years, Niharika Mohan has been appointed VP- HR, Schneider Electric, based out of Dubai, UAE.

    A postgraduate in psychology from Delhi University, Mohan has worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as HR business partner for over four years, from 2000 to 2005.

    She served Hewitt Associates as compensation and benefits consultant for over three years, before joining Schneider Electric as director – rewards solution – HR, in 2008. Over a period of five years, she created and established the rewards division at Schneider Electric India.

    In 2013, she was elevated to HR director – India and South Asia, a position she successfully held for over six years. Another promotion in 2019 saw her in the role of VP – global HR. Just 11 months into this role, she was made the VP-global HR strategic customers and segments business unit.

    From 2020 to 2023, she was associated with Luminous Technologies.

    Known for her keen detail orientation and a focus on quick and quality turnaround, Mohan has experience in diverse HR practices, with a specific focus on organisational design and restructuring, M&A integration, compensation & benefits, change management, talent Management and diversity and inclusion.
