Religare Broking appoints Hina Dhamija has head – HR

Hina Dhamija will head the people function for Religare Broking, as head – human resources. She announced her new assignment on LinkedIn.

She moves from Hero Housing Finance, where she was head – business partner human resources, a post she held for well over two years.

Dhamija has served as HR specialist with Randstad for over three years, from 2007 to 2010 in the early years of her career. Then she joined Kaizen Corporate Services as manager – HR for over a year, where she looked after recruitment, employee communication and engagement, HRIS management, training & development and performance management among other things.

Her next stop was Fortune Financial Services, where she joined manager-HR for northern (Delhi/NCR, Jaipur & Punjab) region for six months before being elevated to the post of national human resources manager. Her tenure lasted almost five years.

The year 2016 saw Dhamija at HDB Financial services as zonal HR manager – North. From May 2018 to December 2018 she was with Tata Capital as regional HR head – North.

After this short stint of about eight months, she took a short career break of four months before joining Indiabulls Housing Finance as regional HR head – North, in April 2019.

Six months later, she was appointed as head – business partner human resources at Hero Housing Finance.

An alumna of IIM, Lucknow and the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Dhamija’s expertise lies in talent management, strategic partnerships and stakeholder management. Known for her great interpersonal and people management skills, Dhamija aims to acquire and apply HR knowledge and skills to create an environment that fosters open communication, trust, mutual respect, teamwork and professional development.
