After a successful tenure of over seven years with AXA, Ramakrishnan moved to Goldman Sachs in 2014, as head – business partner solutions. By 2017, she was global head – HR operations and solutions, based out of Bengaluru.

The year 202 saw her essaying the role of head – human resources at Udaan.com, leading the credit/capital business.

In her over two-decade long career, she has designed and delivered strategies across business partnering, change management, leadership development and HR shared services.

Her latest appointment represents a pivotal moment in Carl Zeiss India’s journey to further elevate its workforce, enhance its competitive edge, and advance technology excellence.

Here, she will be responsible for devising systems and processes to meet people and business needs in line with global corporate governance and standards.
