Indian youth prefer this over salary

Abhishek Patil, CEO, and Co-founder of Oliveboard mentioned that the majority of the Indian youth live in small towns and villages and hence it is important to look beyond the metro and mega cities where we can see most of the MNCs and start-ups operating.


In a recent survey conducted by Oliveboard, it was revealed that 44.3 percent of the Indian youth have voted for job stability and 36.7 percent gave their approval to better work-life balance over the other popular choices presented in the survey like the salary that received only 11.1 percent vote. It was revealed in the survey this is why Indian youth are more drawn towards banking and government jobs across the country.
