Property brokerage firm, 360 Realtors, will be expanding its workforce by a 1,000 employees this financial year. It is all set to grow its business in India. The firm had sold 6000 units in 2018-19 worth Rs 4,100 crore.

Based in Gurugram, the firm presently has more than 50 offices across the country and outside, with a 1000 strong sales team. It logged a 46 per cent growth to Rs 152 crore in the last financial year. This year, it aims to sell 12,000 units, for which it requires to expand its sales team by about a 1000.

Considering the fact that 30 per cent of its sales value is attributed to non-resident Indians (NRIs), the Company is looking to acquire a brokerage firm in the US, which will focus on marketing Indian properties to clients abroad.

This expansion is well timed as the real-estate market, on the whole, has started picking up and showing signs of growth, backed by regulatory reforms.

The market is further receiving a push from developers who are offering attractive discounts, prices and freebies. Stability is expected in property prices in the coming months. In preparation for the times to come, the Company has already set up a unique broker aggregation platform, strategic advisory services for developers as well as a media house to help ensure higher growth.

The organised property brokerage business now comes under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
