HR Showcase the annual flagship event of the NHRDN Bangalore Chapter is around the corner. The event will be held on 6th and 7th December in Bangalore.
It is a trade show for HR professionals, wherein they are able to express and present their most impactful HR practices and initiatives, learn about practices in other organisations, network with peers and compete for the prestigious Grand HR Showcase awards.
The event offers workshops, keynote sessions, and mentoring opportunities by industry leaders, knowledge sessions, off beat sessions, and so on.
Highlights of last year’s events were a masterclass conducted by Neeraj Tandon – Director Workforce Analytics & Planning, Willis Towers Watson on “Analytics”. Mohit Gudecha – Co Founder and CEO, Jombay who conducted an excellent session on “Gamification of Talent Assessment & Development”. Abhijit Bhaduri held a session on “Story telling in HR”. Ms Seema Nair, SVP and Executive Director participated in a panel discussion on “Leadership and Future of Work”.
The registration for the submission of best HR practices are still open till November 9th.
In the year 2017, Infosys BPM’s D&I team received the award for best practices in diversity and inclusion. The jury went through more than 160 best practices.
