Neve Jewels Group – India has been certified as a Happiest Place to Work, recognising its workplace where support and growth go hand in hand.
A recurring theme from employee comments is the breadth of exposure people get here, working across diverse and complex areas of the business, learning continuously, and being trusted to take ownership rather than micromanaged. That same attention to quality the organisation is known for externally extends inward too, in a culture that encourages people to experiment, take on new challenges and grow through them.

The strength of this employee experience is also reflected in the organisation’s certification assessment, which recorded a Happiness Quotient of 8.0, with well-being and involvement scores of 7.9 each, and an eNPS of 8.3. Together, these point to a workplace where people feel genuinely connected to their work, backed by the people around them, and confident in their ability to contribute and keep growing.

Employees describe a workplace where setbacks are treated as learning opportunities, where ideas and feedback are genuinely welcomed, and where leadership stays visibly true to its values, especially when things get difficult. That combination of high ambition and a supportive environment is a big part of what makes the culture feel resilient rather than just well-intentioned. It’s a good example of what happens when leadership agrees on what matters and carries those values through every level of the organisation. That’s when a workforce becomes not just happy, but genuinely productive.

According to Sabita Patra, vice president-people & culture, Neve Jewels Group India –
“We believe that a truly successful organisation is built by creating an environment where people feel trusted, valued and empowered to do their best work.

This recognition is deeply meaningful because it reflects the experience of our people and the culture we are building together. Our focus has always been on giving people the freedom to take ownership, learn from challenges, explore new possibilities and grow with the organisation. As leaders, our responsibility is not just to set ambitious goals, but to create an environment where our people can thrive. This certification is a wonderful validation of that belief and belongs to every employee who contributes to our culture through their ideas, commitment, collaboration and willingness to grow. We are proud of what we have built together and remain committed to creating a workplace where people can truly grow, contribute and succeed.”

Raj Nayak, founder & managing director, House of Cheer / Happiest Places to Work, points out how “the organisation has created an environment where people are given the trust and space to grow, while staying connected to a clear sense of purpose. That balance between high standards and a supportive culture is what makes the employee experience at Neve Jewels particularly meaningful.”
