ODeX, the automated platform for the shipping industry, has recently appointed Binai Thoppil and Payal Guglani to its Board of Directors.
The less than five-year old company, which is a one-stop solution for the entire shipping industry, to receive documents and make payments electronically, now has a technology-oriented Board taking charge to serve customers with a continuously evolving, innovative and robust platform.
While Thoppil will look after the IT part of the platform, working closely with the team to ensure that the platform is “robust and scalable”, Guglani comes with 17 years of global experience working across Europe, the US and the UK. She has designed and developed software solutions for port operations and logistics and is a certified SCRUM master.
Liji Nowal, Director, ODeX, hopes that the “expert engagement and vast experience” of the two will guide our “objectives to strengthen, innovate and evolve ODeX.”
Thoppil himself hopes that “my international experience can help contribute to ODeX’s growth in India”. Guglani is looking forward to using her “deep experience in software solutions to grow our business and pursue our mission to serve our customers.”
