E-commerce website, Myntra has announced that it will create several job opportunities in the 16th edition of its End of Reason Sale (EORS) by the end of June 2022. The biannual sale will be held between 11-16 June, 2022, the Company stated.

According to the reports, Myntra will offer jobs to more than 2,000 women and over 300 differently-abled workers, who will be fulfilling roles at its various departments, such as sorting, grading and packing across major metropolitan cities such as Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.

Myntra’s customer-support service has been scaled up by more than 1,400 executives, who will play a critical role in providing a delightful shopping experience to customers by addressing their order-related queries.

This edition of the sale is expected to witness about 50 lakh customers participating, with a significant 40 per cent belonging to tier-II and tier-III cities. The company expects to see at least 10 lakh new customers of which GenZ will comprise a significant portion.

With customers revenge shopping and revenge travelling post the pandemic, the demand for products has gone up online. And to make the grand sale a successful experience for customers, there is Myntra’s M-express, the express delivery feature. This service, introduced recently, ensures that customers — primarily in the metros — receive their orders within 48 hours or even 24 hours wherever possible. However, the facility is available only for about 30 per cent of the offerings on Myntra.
