Indian job search portal, Monster.com, has now been transformed into a full-fledged talent- management platform. Starting today, it will be called ‘foundit’, with an all-new logo and a new vision to revolutionise the job market.

With its latest transformation into an end-to-end talent platform, it will bring comprehensive solutions to recruiters even while offering highly personalised and contextual services to job seekers across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. The change is consistent with the business’ aim to match opportunities with the appropriate personnel.

Till date, Monster has served 70 million job seekers and 10,000 customers in 18 countries.

Unveiling the new brand, Sekhar Garisa, CEO, foundit (formerly Monster), said, “The platform of the future needs to cater to a highly dynamic job market, skill-based hiring and changing expectations from careers.”

This move unveils a new direction for Monster, from simply facilitating job and candidate discovery to enabling significantly better talent- management outcomes.

Foundit is focused on platform users in order to advance the ideal professional experience as part of its brand transformation. The firm promises to provide recruiting solutions unmatched that will combine revolutionary technologies for precise hiring and outstanding user experience. Furthermore, its personalised job discovery and enabled solutions will give a boost to job seekers’ searches for their ideal jobs. Also, the candidates will get suggestions tailored to their educational background, job experience, and validated talents thanks to foundit.in’s personalised search results function. Other features include a community-led mentorship marketplace, skills validation through assessments, a mobile-first UI, personalised recommendations, and self-improvement tools such as upskilling courses.

Commenting on foundit.in’s role in realising its parent, Quess Corp’s future-forward strategy, Ajit Isaac, founder and non-executive chairman of Quess Corp and foundit, added, “Over the last 15 years, Quess has been known for its service-led offerings that have won the confidence of its associates and customers alike.” As an institution, we have been focusing on developing a product-led portfolio that can help democratise access to formal employment among white, blue, and grey collar workers, as part of our commitment to formalise jobs in India.”We acquired Monster APAC and ME with a vision to transform white-collar talent acquisition.”

Foundit is evolving into a platform that represents and responds to the variety of the global job market as the industry leader in providing recruiting solutions to the best in business. For recruiters, it will provide comprehensive data collection for each candidate as well as insights and analytics that will make the process effective and tailored to the needs of each post. A smooth and intelligent connection between recruiters and applicants is made possible by the new interface and features.
