Veradigm has expanded its India presence with a major scale-up of its Pune operations, underlining its growing hiring focus in the country. The company’s India arm, Veradigm India, has nearly doubled its office capacity as part of this expansion.
The move is aimed at supporting rapid team growth, with the additional workspace expected to accommodate a larger workforce in the coming months. The expanded facility spans two floors and is designed to enable collaboration and flexible ways of working, reflecting the company’s push to build a future-ready workplace in India.
The development points to a broader hiring momentum, as the company looks to scale its talent base in areas such as technology delivery, operations, and emerging digital capabilities. India is being positioned as a key hub within Veradigm’s global workforce model, with teams contributing to round-the-clock operations.
Alongside the expansion, the company has appointed Divesh Singla as managing director for India operations. He will lead efforts to expand the Pune team, strengthen technical capabilities, and drive the company’s growth strategy in the region. His mandate includes building high-performing teams and enhancing India’s role in global delivery.
The office upgrade also introduces employee-focused features such as collaborative work zones, open layouts, and wellbeing-oriented design elements. These changes are intended to support productivity while attracting new talent in a competitive hiring market.
The expansion reflects a continued trend of global firms increasing investments in India, not just in infrastructure but also in talent acquisition. With capacity rising and leadership in place, Veradigm is expected to accelerate hiring as it scales its India operations further.
