After over two years of successfully building strategic relationships and operational leadership for SAGE IT, Krishnakumar Hariharan has joined Fulcrum Digital as executive vice president and global head of talent acquisition.

Hariharan, who began his professional journey way back in 1986, served as an HR executive with HCL for two years, before joining Wipro as manager-HR, in 1988. After spending six years at Wipro, he moved to Igate Corporation as director-global recruiting from 1994 to 2000.

His next stop was Mascon Global, in 2000, as senior partner. Two years later, he switched to Cognizant Technology Solutions, as director of human resources. In this role, he oversaw the HR function for North America, with primary focus on sales and client partner hiring.

From 2003 to 2004, he played vice president, global recruiting, at Kanbay. There, he looked after strategic hiring, sales leadership hiring, resource forecasting and planning among other responsibilities.

August of 2004 saw him accepting the role of executive vice president – human resources, at Larsen & Toubro Infotech. Based out of New Jersey, he successfully designed and implemented a cutting-edge business model to rebadge, integrate and retain employees from diverse cultures dispersed across the US, Canada and the UK (Northern Ireland). He also directed strategic recruiting/talent acquisition efforts to build the sales leadership and client-facing teams for the US and the UK. He also led process improvements to capture metrics and enhance productivity and quality of service delivery. His tenure at Larsen & Toubro lasted over a decade.

In 2015, Hariharan moved to ITC Infotech, as senior vice president & global head talent acquisition, HR head, Americas & Europe. He established and expanded the talent-acquisition function across the US and Europe, driving growth with a robust engagement model, clear compliance processes and cutting-edge HR analytics capabilities.

From 2018 to 2021, he was associated with KRG Technologies Inc. as partner and chief revenue officer, based out of Greater New York City Area.

It was in August 2021 that he joined SAGE IT as president-talent solutions. An alumnus of the University of Madras, Hariharan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in social work.

Fondly referred to as KK, he is known to be one of the most versatile and well-networked HR professionals. With his extraordinary interpersonal skills and warmth, he is sure to be an asset to Fulcrum Digital, the business platform and digital engineering services company.
