Axis Mutual Fund, a leading Indian asset manager, has partnered with Enparadigm, a provider of AI-driven experiential learning solutions. This collaboration aims to enhance the performance and productivity of Axis’s workforce through personalised, on-demand learning programmes.

Enparadigm’s platform leverages gamification and immersive AI to create individualised learning journeys. By profiling skill sets and identifying knowledge gaps, Enparadigm tailors training modules to address specific needs across various roles – from frontline staff to senior management. This holistic approach encompasses areas such as personal effectiveness, sales proficiency, digital transformation, and data analytics. The personalised learning ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for geographically dispersed employees.

This initiative aligns with Axis Mutual Fund’s commitment to continuous learning and employee development. “In today’s dynamic environment,” says Himanshu Misra, head, human resources, Axis Mutual Fund, “we believe continuous learning unlocks individual and organisational potential.” The partnership with Enparadigm, he continued, “will empower our teams to gain a competitive edge” by equipping them with the skills necessary to navigate current and future challenges.

John Cherian, CEO, Enparadigm, emphasised the growing demand for personalised learning experiences. “We are honoured to work with Axis Mutual Fund,” he stated, “in our mission to move away from passive learning towards immersive and engaging experiences.”

This partnership marks the beginning of a potentially long-term collaboration between Axis Mutual Fund and Enparadigm, with the aim of continuously developing the company’s workforce for future success.
