We have often seen robots assisting humans at work in futuristic movies and animation films. But now these onscreen bots are all set to be part of our reality. Companies are leveraging the power of technology—robots to be more precise— to automate repetitive and mundane tasks.

Technology company, ITC Infotech, has partnered with Automation Anywhere, a global robotic process automation (RPA) company, to provide an assisting bot to each of its employees, to help them perform monotonous, repetitive and tiresome tasks.

“As a leading technology services company, we are truly embracing automation across our organisation to ‘amplify human potential’. We are an organisation committed to driving the adoption of automation and see immense potential in the digital amplification of our workforce”

Both the companies will come up with customised designs for each and every role, function and department in the organisation.

“As a leading technology services company, we are truly embracing automation across our organisation to ‘amplify human potential’. We are an organisation committed to driving the adoption of automation and see immense potential in the digital amplification of our workforce. This initiative will also deliver higher efficiencies across client engagements,” says Sudip Singh, MD & CEO, ITC Infotech.

Through this initiative, ITC Infotech wants to automate all the routine, dull and monotonous tasks of the employees so that their productivity is enhanced. This will also help take the Company forward in its path to creating a digitally-enabled workforce. A work environment, where digital assistants will help augment the capabilities of the human workforce by building in predictability and ensuring higher productivity. These digital assistants will directly impact employee experience by improving the quality of life at the workplace.

The aim of this programme is not just to create a better employee experience, but also improve client experience and relationships. The enhanced productivity will lead to much superior associations and bonds with the clients.
