Good cartoon… but let me understand in a lighter vain …Outstanding means ‘Standing Out’ of the organization or extraordinary employee ?Boss ke sath dusmani bhi mehengi aur pyar bhi mehenga? I read the HR Katha regularly and like many contents. The name HR Katha is very innovative and interesting . Thanks and congrats for the good inputs!!! regards, Shriniwas Rairikar,
Excellent coverage, practical approach, lucid examples. If I miss to read he katha one day due to preoccupation found missed some valued advice. Regards Pawan Jha
