From 24 October to 6 November, employees of Saraf furniture will enjoy a break from work under the Company’s Reset and Recharge Policy. The 12-day break will apply to all branches of the Company.

The objective is to create an intimate connection between the Company and the employees.

Each and every employee on the payroll will be able to enjoy the vacation. The Company assures that customers will not be affected in the process. Taking care of both employees’ and customers’ needs, Saraf Furniture will coordinate between outsourcing services such as logistics and warehousing. Additionally, the customer support team will be given leaves in parts to streamline the process.

The Company has over 1500 employees in its workforce. Raghunandan Saraf, founder and CEO, Saraf furniture owes the success of the business to the efforts of the staff. According to him, “All the credit of our growth and success goes to our working staff” and therefore, he feels “it’s our duty to cater to their needs”.

This festive break has been granted to let them know “they are precious to us”. The founder admits that no company can run without working staff, and that the employees are the backbone of the company.

Last year, the Indian furniture brand had announced period leave policy for its women employees. The period leave is available to all women employees every month, and is granted over and above the regular leaves and holidays that each employee is entitled to.
