It is clear that Microsoft believes in pampering its employees. The Hyderabad facility of Microsoft, spread over 54 acres of land, is known not just for its extraordinary appearance, but also for its perks. A software-development engineer working at the campus recently posted a reel on Instagram showing off the benefits she and other employees enjoy at work.

These perks include a well-equipped gym and trainers, as well as yoga and aerobics classes. There is a room for napping and free snacks too. Employees enjoy flexibility and work-life balance.

The campus houses a multi-cuisine restaurant on each floor that is open 24×7. There is no dearth of spaces for coffee breaks and casual meetings. Ambulance service is available 24×7 and there is also a pharmacy for emergencies.

Other facilities include a landscaped amphitheatre capable of seating 800 people, as well as banks and ATMs. Additionally, there is air-conditioned bus service with WiFi connectivity also available.

The employees can work from anywhere and are given several Microsoft T-shirts to wear throughout the week.

The employees get to work on a wide range of projects pertaining to artificial intelligence (AI), gaming and more.

The said viral video showcasing the perks available to employees have made social-media users envious, and many have admitted to feeling jealous.

In December last year, the campus’ new air-to-water generators grabbed headlines. The system produces almost 2,000 litres (528 gallons) of purified drinking water daily by capturing humidity from the air. That is equivalent to four million litres of ground water extraction that is now saved.
