AHEAD has opened its first office outside of the US in Gurugram, India. This new office will be a dedicated service-delivery office for the Chicago-based company that provides cloud, data and engineering solutions. AHEAD is gearing to hire over 1,000 individuals to give a push to service delivery.

This India office is part of the firm’s expansion strategy and a step towards enhancing client- delivery capabilities and talent-base expansion. In trying to integrate itself into the local culture, the Gurugram office has been designed to feature India’s artistic legacy and spirit.

The layout will facilitate collaboration, innovation as well as employee health and wellness. It provides open concept work areas, breakout zones, state-of-the-art meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology and ergonomic furniture to support employee health and wellness.

The aesthetic design emphasises environmental sustainability, which is why it promotes energy-efficient lighting and eco-friendly materials, to ensure a healthy and green workspace.

Praveen Grover, vice president and managing director, AHEAD India, is “eager to collaborate with our clients, offering a diverse array of solutions and services geared towards accelerating their digital transformation and driving positive business outcomes.”

The new delivery centre will “catalyse innovation and digital growth in the country” and is a step in the right direction for the firm that is “committed to leveraging the exceptional technology talent available in India.”

AHEAD serves more than 900 clients through 24 locations in the US.

In the words of Daniel Adamany, founder and CEO, AHEAD, “Through our first overseas delivery location, we aim to make a sustainable and positive impact for our clients.”
