Daffodil Software to hire 500 remote workers

Most of the hiring will be for technical roles

Daffodil Software, which boasts of 45 per cent growth in business amidst the pandemic, is gearing up to hire about 500 technical people to work remotely.

It is offering ‘Work from Anywhere’ roles, for which it is set to carry out a recruitment drive across the country.

Almost a month ago the Company had revealed its intentions to expand its workforce. It is looking out for software engineers, UI/UX designers, project managers, business analysts, and others. Most of the positions are open at its headquarters in Gurugram and at its Hisar development centre. While about 70 per cent vacancies are technical, the remaining are non-technical.

Last year, the Company’s growth encouraged the management to introduce new opportunities for remote employees. The Company realises that the credit for its growth goes to the way in which projects were managed, timely deliveries, and the adaptability of its employees to the challenges thrown by the pandemic. The Company now wishes to ensure that its remote employees get a wholesome employee experience.

The Company’s workforce was able to adopt to the changes brought about by the pandemic. As a result, it was able to deliver large software projects aided by its advanced tools and training.
