BeyondSkool, the education technology platform, is looking to take on quality professionals, including technologists, educationists and business professionals, as part of its aim to make a 1000-strong workforce in a year’s time.
To achieve its goal of scaling up technology to enhance the delivery of educational content, it requires motivated and self-driven ‘EduPreneurs’ for its content, academic, operations and technology teams.
It will be hiring techies from renowned institutes and is seeking people desirous of making a difference in every child’s learning experience. The Mumbai-based company is in the scale-up mode and is hiring across all levels and functions to further enhance its operations.
Founded in August 2020, the edutech startup has grown rapidly in terms of customer acquisition, monthly run-rate, teacher acquisition and organisation build-up since then.
This quarter it plans to focus primarily on building the technology team, to bring together the robust technology vision that rests on business efficiency, customer engagement and product enhancement.

The Company is using multi-channel approach including internal references, LinkedIn, consultants and hiring platforms to identify eligible candidates. All the hiring is taking place virtually. The induction and training will also happen online.
